Long Beach Early Learning Hub
Increasing Access to Early Childcare and Education
The Long Beach Early Learning Hub is a collaborative effort to increase access to childcare, stabilize the childcare industry, and support the local economy by changing the system in which families access childcare through the development of a centralized enrollment system and universal childcare application. I designed the company’s new website to help promote this new community that makes the search for childcare seamless. I used a combination of stock and client photography to appeal to all audiences of the site — families, childcare providers, and businesses. To make site accessible to the many families in the Long Beach area who are Spanish and Khmer native speakers, I included Squarespace’s multilingual integration which allows users to view the site in their choice of offered languages.
