Inspiring the Next Generation of Diverse Leaders

LatinaVIDA™ empowers and equips Latina and first generation diverse professionals to overcome systemic workplace barriers through culturally relevant leadership programs. The company’s original website had outdated content and needed an updated look-and-feel plus improved overall structure to make it more user-friendly and functional. I reduced the number of top-nav links from ten to five and added a mega-nav to aid users in navigating to the appropriate next page in their site journey. I also updated all the photography on the website using a combination of client and stock photography. I moved all the blog posts and podcasts from the old site to the new one and added filtering and search capabilities.
