CareNetworks: groupsite: Living Well Community homepage

CareNetworks builds branded online communities primarily for assisted living residences, continuing care retirement communities, homecare/hospice agencies and skilled nursing facilities. Using groupsite tehnology and templates from CollectiveX, CareNetworks provides a forum for group networking and community building.
I designed the header banner, welcome module and overall color scheme for the Living Well Community incorporating the look and feel of their existing company websites. I also created Flash button module to simplify navigating to popular landing pages of site. Living well delivers personalized, comprehensive in-home care for seniors in the San Francisco Bay Area.
